With two great locations, we have a class for you!

Our goal is to provide a flexible training experience for all our members. We have multiple time slots to cater to all busy schedules with some specialized Olympic Lifting, Kids & Teens Brand X classes along with online Pilates and Nutrition sessions throughout the week.

We want you to get the most out of your training, this is why we cap all our classes. This allows the coach to spend more time with you, working on technique, making sure you are comfortable, and getting you results.
