PerFit Kids & Teens is a wonderful opportunity for children to develop a love of movement and fitness.

It’s a program specifically designed for the developmental needs of children and teens.

Through games and workouts the children will develop agility, coordination, balance, speed, flexibility and strength. Kids experience constant variety to keep them engaged. They also enjoy the benefits of working together as a group – not to mention the feeling of success from their own achievements.

We offer a rock-solid, game-changing functional fitness program designed to deliver physical literacy, prevent injuries, improve sports performance, and keep youth (and adults) active and engaged for a lifetime.

Our positive and inclusive coaching environment challenges each youth, taking them out of their comfort zone. Combined with experienced coaches who connect with and motivate our youth, you will become a part of the PerFit family.

The PerFit coaches are leaders in delivering all ability levels, an all-inclusive fitness program specifically designed for your kids. PerFit programs incorporate functional movements that develop all aspects of fitness, like strength, core stability, cardio, power, speed, endurance, agility, co-ordination, body awareness, and balance.

We are devoted to safety in movement and helping our youth develop a broad athletic foundation and healthy habits.

Please note, our classes maintain an exclusive 2:20 coach-to-student ratio and are limited to 20 participants. Secure your spot early; otherwise, you may be placed on a waiting list once capacity is reached.


After your initial trial, you will choose from our membership options that suit your schedule, with one or two-day options. The program runs throughout the school term and a holiday program over the school holidays.

Mids 4:30 – 5:15pm
Teens 5:15 – 6:15pm


Please note that our age groups are just a guide. We understand that some kids develop athletic skills faster than others, so our coaches are able to scale (up or down) the program accordingly so each child in the class has their classes matched to their ability.
For example, we have some 4-year-olds participating in our Kids program and some 12-year-olds in our Teens. It’s a case by case and suggests you register for the appropriate age bracket and then we can assess your child from there.
