The foundation to any training program is Strength training, if your goal is to lose body fat, sport specific training or for quality of life, a structured strength program is key. Building and maintaining lean muscle mass is our fountain of youth, the old saying use it or lose it.
Our Strength & Conditioning is not just another group class, it's a semi-private personal training session 100% catered for you. Before you start you will sit down with a Coach in a private and confidential consultation, this gives us a full understanding of you, see if this program is right fit and then develop your personalised program to get you moving forward safely.
The Program, is designed to work with you on;

The complete program includes everything you need to work towards your health and fitness goals, customized strength training, nutrition guidance to ensure you're getting maximum results, InBody scans to measure progress, unlimited conditioning training to complement the strength training and absolute accountability including regular one on one catch ups.

BLOCK BY BLOCK
Block by block is signing up for one block at a time. You will still get your customised strength training, unlimited conditioning training for the block, initial private consultation and measurements at the beginning and end of each block.
Block by block is only available when spots are remaining, to ensure the long term success of each member we can only accept 6 per block.
