CrossFit Elements Course
Stepping into a CrossFit gym for the first time can be a bit intimidating and overwhelming.
You may have seen some you tube videos or heard different myths about only people who are fit can do CrossFit.
At PerFit we understand all this and want to get you on the path to success from the start.
HOW DO WE DO THIS?
Through our CrossFit Elements Course!
Our Elements Course is designed to introduce you to the movements found in CrossFit, In addition, we prepare you for moving into group classes by providing you with technique and skills to perform all movements safely. We do this in a one-on-one setting so that everything we work through is 100% tailored specifically for you. This gives us a chance to set you up from the start by providing you with intelligent substitution exercises to suit your specific needs.
It is also the safest way that we can help you be comfortable before entering a faster pace CrossFit class. Our experienced Coaches have worked with 100’s of people just like you and have watched them grow in confidence, technique, fitness and overall health. Everybody starts somewhere, for you that somewhere is here AND THE BEST PART IS BEING A PART OF A FRIENDLY, SUPPORTIVE COMMUNITY!
WHO IS THE ELEMENTS COURSE FOR?
- this course is designed for all beginners.
- for current or former CrossFit members to freshen up their skills again.
- anyone who is wanting to start exercising again safely.
- is just nervous about jumping straight into a CrossFit class.
- and anyone that wants to start CrossFit!
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Fill in the registration form below and one of the PerFit Team will be in contact with you to arrange your 2 sessions.
After completion of your 1st Elements Session you will be able to start attending classes with your first 2 weeks of membership included in the Elements package. Both Elements sessions need to be completed within 2 weeks and then after initial 2 weeks you will be able to select one of our Membership Options.
CrossFit Elements Course $149
- 2 x 1-hour Private 1-on-1 Sessions (booked in via appointment)
- 1st 2 Weeks of Membership (commences after 1st session)
- Introduction to PerFit CrossFit Ballarat
- Coaching of CrossFit’s fundamental movements
