First session is free, this gives you an opportunity see the facilities, meet the passionate coaches, experience the PerFit Community and see how PerFit can help you achieve your health and fitness goals. We understand that joining a gym can be daunting or even scary, but at PerFit we are different, our goal is to welcome every new member into the PerFit family and guide them through every step of their journey.
Our Boot Camp sessions run Monday – Saturday with a all different times to fit your busy lifestyle. We encourage everyone to trial it out first, to see if it's for you. All you need to do is fill in the form and we will contact you to get you booked.
What is Boot Camp?
PerFit Boot Camp is for everybody. With an amazing health and fitness family that support you every step of the way. You will come for the workout and stay for the community. We pride ourselves on giving you the best possible service with qualified, passionate coaches.
All sessions are constantly varied and designed to for all fitness levels. Rain, hail or shine you always get a great workout 6 days a week in our massive indoor and outdoor space.
Regardless of your age or fitness history, you can be a part of the PerFit Family, we have members from age 4 to 75.
Begin transforming your body, challenge yourself, meet lots of new people, smash goals and have fun doing it. Sessions go for 60 mins which can include a mixture of everything from tyre’s, kettlebells, dumbbells, ropes, sandbags, rowers, boxing, functional movements to name a few. No two sessions are ever the same.
With multiple times each day, 6 days a week there’s a Boot Camp available that will suit you.
