Steph Mundy is a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Radford Athletic Development Ballarat. In addition to this Steph also works as an Athletics Coach, working with a wide variety of athletes throughout the Ballarat region. Steph has completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science as well as a Masters in Strength and Conditioning at Federation University Australia. She is a ASCA PCAS Professional Level Coach as well as a Level 3 Athletics Coach. Steph has a passion for giving back to a community that has given so much to her and wishes to share her knowledge around running and strength and conditioning with the Ballarat community.
Steph has a passion for teaching running mechanics to all kinds of different athletes, with a key focus on wanting to educate athletes on the importance of correct running mechanics. How it can help to prevent injuries, improve performance and improve efficiency. She understands the importance of running within all land-based sports and the impact that correct and efficient running technique can have on that. Steph herself is a keen runner competing in the distances of 800 and 1500 meters.
