WHAT IS CROSSFIT KIDS & TEENS?
CrossFit Kids & Teens is a wonderful opportunity for children to develop a love of movement and fitness.
It’s a program specifically designed for the developmental needs of children and teens.
Through games and workouts the children will develop agility, coordination, balance, speed, flexibility and strength. Kids experience constant variety to keep them engaged. They also enjoy the benefits of working together as a group – not to mention the feeling of success from their own achievements.
CrossFit Kids & teens is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, they will have so much FUN, they may not even know they are exercising.
We have 3 different age groups with Kids 5-8yrs, Midsters 9-12yrs and Teens 13-17yrs. We understand that some kids develop athletic skills faster than others so our coaches are able to scale (up or down) the program accordingly so each child in the class has their classes matched to their ability.
Sessions run on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s (1st session is free)
Teens Weightlifting 4:00-5:00pm Wednesday
WHAT IS THE COST?
The program runs along with the School Terms, but encourage you to join us anytime. Sessions are just $10 per child per session and you have the option to do 1 or 2 per week. Before that we want you to come meet our coaches, see our facility and how awesome our CrossFit Kids & Teens community is with your 1st session free!
$10 per session (pro rata for current term)
