My name is Rebecca Slater or Bec, I’m a mother of 5, yep 5 beautiful children 11, 10, 8, 5 and 2 and for the past 2 years I’ve been helping mums stay active during pregnancy and postnatally helped them recover safely and confidently into their busy lives.
I've helped mothers return safely to exercise that are 6 weeks or even 6 years postnatal through our guided step by step program.
Our program caters for all mums who are ready to regain their confidence, build their strength and get that all important me time.
Our unique program Baby Steps offers you the knowledge and support with our team of highly professional coaches. Before starting you will sit down with a coach in a private and confidential consultation, to give us a full understanding of you and develop your customised program to get you moving forward safely.
Through the 12 week program, it’s designed to work with you on;

- Feeling STRONG and CONFIDENT within your body again!
The 12 week program begins when you’re ready, whether you've just been given the tick from your Dr to return to exercise or months, even years postnatal.
We run 2 sessions a week, where you will progress through your tailored program under the watchful eyes of our passionate coaches. This ensures you progress safely and effectively. These are child friendly sessions that run on a Monday and Wednesday 9:30-10:30am and are capped at 6 mums only
